Terms of trade

GENERALLY

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.gorcos.dk which is owned by Nextone ApS ("GORCOS"), CVR. 45285081 , Kogade 1A, 6700 Esbjerg. When you place an order on the website, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time.

We therefore recommend that you always read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
GORCOS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with future effect.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

All prices on www.gorcos.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Before you approve your order, the total price including shipping costs is displayed.

Payment can only be made via the secure payment solution on the website. GORCOS accepts the following payment methods: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. The money will only be withdrawn when the item has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

All card payments are handled encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Only our payment provider has access to your payment information.

Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other discounted prices or promotional offers.

DELIVERY

We ship orders in collaboration with selected transport partners, currently GLS. Delivery takes place throughout Denmark to the address or parcel shop you specify when ordering.

The shipping price depends on the selected delivery method and is displayed in connection with the order.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days, please contact us at info@gorcos.dk or 74 44 44 02 so we can investigate the matter.

GORCOS cannot be held responsible for any delays with the shipping company.

GIFT CARD

GORCOS gift cards are issued by GORCOS and can be used at www.gorcos.dk

The balance on the gift card can be viewed at any time via the link you receive by email upon purchase. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used for purchases without a minimum amount. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Gift cards are not personal and are freely transferable. However, they cannot be reloaded – if a new amount is desired, a new gift card must be purchased. The amount limit is min. 149 DKK and max. 2,500 DKK.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the purchase of a gift card. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before the deadline expires, after which we will return the amount to your account.

COMPLAINT

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on complaints. You have a 24-month right of complaint from receipt of the item if the item has a defect, e.g. a manufacturing or material defect.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. A complaint within two months is always considered timely.

In case of a complaint, please contact us at info@gorcos.dk with a description of the problem.

As a rule, the product will be replaced with a similar one. However, a refund of the purchase price may be made if there is a significant defect or if an exchange is not possible.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. If the complaint is not justified, you will bear the costs yourself.

The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to save the receipt and any track & trace number.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase - for example by sending an email to info@gorcos.dk.

14-day right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The period is calculated from the day you receive the goods.

Extended right of withdrawal

GORCOS also offers a 30-day right of withdrawal. If you exercise your right of withdrawal from day 15-30, you will pay the return shipping (39 DKK), which will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.

Returns must be made via GLS with a return label issued through our returns portal. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel.

The item must be in unused and original condition. Products with signs of use, stains, odors or damage will not be refunded. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

All cosmetic products must be returned in unopened packaging.

Refunds will be made to the payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we have received your return or documentation of shipment.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

If you wish to exchange an item, you can exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value. Your exchange order will be shipped as soon as we have received and approved your return.

If you wish to return, you must register the return via our returns portal and use the issued return label. The return shipping costs DKK 39 and will be deducted from your return amount.

COMPANY OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

You always receive an order confirmation by e-mail. GORCOS stores information about your purchases for 5 years, cf. the Danish Accounting Act.

RESERVATION

We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, force majeure, fire or similar events.

We make reservations for sold-out items, minor production deviations (±1 cm in measurements and design changes in packaging and wrapping) and any typos on the website.

PERSONAL DATA

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, GORCOS Privacy Policy.

COMPLAINTS AND CHOICE OF LAW

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us first. If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via www.naevneneshus.dk .

The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used, especially if you are resident in another EU country: https://commission.europa.eu/index_en

Disputes are settled according to Danish law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.
